We spend a lot of time getting to know our clients. I always say they become a part of our extended Soiree family. Nothing thrills me more than hearing from a couple after the big day is said and done. The past couple of weeks we have received some amazing notes of thanks, and even heard from one of our couples from seven years ago. Seven years made me stop in my tracks – it seems like yesterday we were planning for all of the details, and to get a note seven years later to thank us for helping making their day special was such a treat. We truly consider it a great honor to be chosen to spend time with a couple on such an important day, not just for them, but for their family as well.
In this day and age of the electronic world, and with all of our busy schedules, it still stops me in my tracks when someone takes the time out of their busy day to send a hand written note. Or a note of any kind for that matter (we love getting emails and Facebook messages too). The art of appreciation never gets old, and in this fast paced world of ours, these notes are not taken lightly. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for acknowledging the hard work my staff puts in to get all the details just right. They work just as hard as I do and take just as much pride as we leave a venue before guests arrive to share in the joy of two individuals starting a new chapter in their lives.
