This October wedding at The Wauwinet was filled with verdant greens in every shade imaginable. From the garlands we hung at the church to the altar arrangements lush with greenery and white blooms spilling out. Garlands have become a huge trend in weddings and for this particular set up we placed green garland down the long tables dressed in their custom linens. White blooms broke up the foliage and gave a softer look. To help things from getting too rustic, we used mercury compotes to hold lush centerpieces that had a wild, yet contrived look. These two had a lot of help from their families. Our bride’s gown was custom made by her brother! Isn’t it stunning?! Photos by Clayton Austin.
