Blue, white and green is a classic color combination and works well with the natural palette of Nantucket. Lush and whimsical were key factors in the overall design concept of this Wauwinet wedding. The florals we used were garden roses, tulips, ranunculus and hydrangea. The pops of blue were namely in the linens and the tabletop items. The ceremony at the Sconset Chapel was simple in design with a pair of altar pieces which is perfect for the setting. Our favorite part of the ceremony has to be the little flower girl in the wagon! The tent made a statement on the lawn with the freeform frame of foliage and florals. The floor plan featured three different floral designs in addition to different tablescape designs using a mix of solid and patterned linens and napkins, china and glassware. We tied all three looks together with a simple, beaded silver charger. The cherry on top of the design has to be the grapevine lights and greenery in the ceiling – a unique and textural element.
