About the Day
While most of our 2020 couples opted to move their wedding to 2021, a few opted to have small ceremonies this year before a big party next year. Ariel and Danny’s gorgeous wedding at a home on Cliff Road proved that a backyard (or poolside) micro wedding can be absolutely exquisite without compromising on elegance.
Constructing a show-stopping chuppah in a small yard with a single entrance is certainly challenging. But with the help (and patience) of our friendors at Yellow Productions and the Event Rental Co, we were all able to load in through a white cargo-van ballet in and out of the driveway.
Ariel’s bridal bouquet included juicy blush garden roses, ranunculus, stock, and spray roses for a fluffy classic rounded look.
Primary blooms used throughout the day were roses, garden roses, ranunculus, hydrangea, rice flower, and freesia in shades of white, blush, and pink. Pops of greenery throughout the designs helped highlight the blooms. The dinner table had multiple garden-inspired centerpieces in pinks, blushes, and greens. Small bud vase arrangements, an abundance of candlelight, and sprigs of greenery at each place setting completed the look.
We are so excited to meet again to celebrate a big first anniversary party at the Galley! Photographer Zofia’s blog post about the day can be found here.
