This love story will melt your heart. The groom, Theo, proposed to his wife Lucinda by writing a children’s book and having their mutual friend illustrate it. They met at a dinner party, a meet-cute their friend Bunny coordinated, which his book was based off of, and called it “Two Red Foxes”. The book was brought to life on their wedding day through every detail; with lush, wild blooms in rich jewel tones, custom wallpaper that lined the entryway and was the backdrop for the escort card display, even pages from the book were printed and displayed on easels throughout the event so guests could read their romantic story and not to forget, the custom pennant flags that were made with the couple’s crest, illustrated by Happy Menocal, and hung in the ballroom. Lucinda and Theo beamed with joy on their wedding day and we were so thrilled to be apart of their Nantucket Yacht Club wedding.
