About The Day
We don’t do a whole lot of weddings in August, and 2022 was one for the books. People were getting married any day of the week, and this particular August, Saturday was one of the hottest we’ve had. Kaitlyn and Ryan were married at a stunning private property that overlooked the water of Nantucket.
Guests were greeted with sweeping views of the rolling grasses and blue waters as the backdrop of the ceremony. An oversized arch anchored the ceremony area and floral hedges lined the aisle. Some furry friends helped get the bridal party down the aisle (did we mention we love fur babies?). Once the couple said I do, and the petals were tossed, the party was in full swing.
A lush floral runner ran the entire length of the head table. Hydrangea played a big part in the guest table florals in shades of blue, white and pops pink. Rattan baskets filled the canopy of the sailcloth sperry tent and guests danced the night away. Our bride even took a turn spinning the tunes in the late evening hours. Celebrating at a private home always brings a little something extra special to the big day. Congratulations you two! Thanks for allowing us to be a small piece of such a special day. xoxo
