About The Day
The Chanticleer is a special place on the island. When you get the ONLY sunny Saturday in September, it makes it all the more special. Our bride was so chill during all the planning, which makes it easy and fun to pull all the details together.
The front garden served as the backdrop for the ceremony. Because the gardens at The Chanticleer are so spectacular, our bride wanted to be sure they were center stage. We lined the aisle with flower boxes that were repurposed later in the evening for dancing.
Guests were treated to a tented reception in the back gardens that allowed them to take in all the beauty of the property. A clear top tent allowed dappled sunshine to come through just as guests made their way to dinner. The look on the bride’s face when she saw the reception for the first time says it all (thank you Georgie!!!). Layers of white blooms with bits of green and accents of silver made for a serene, dreamy setting. It really doesn’t get any better, does it?
