Sauteé your sliced pears in 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar for about 3 – 5 minutes and set aside.
Spread approximately 2 tablespoons of fig spread onto your flatbread (we used Naan) and arrange your ingredients. Side note: if you’re serving this as an appetizer, disperse your ingredients evenly so it’s easy to cut and won’t fall apart when guests take a bite.
Once you’ve arrange the ingredients, pop it in the oven for about 8-10 minutes… and voila!
